If you’re a Last Podcast listener, than you’ve likely been paying attention to the ongoing soft-disclosure roll-out where the Pentagon is more or less a living version of that Larry David gif whenever anyone asks them about UFOs.

The most compelling examples of UFO footage that are making officials stop hand-waving them as nonsense and crazy-person delusions (Tic-Tac and Go Fast) were both captured at sea by Navy pilots and in some of the episodes of the To The Stars Academy UFO, ahem — I’m sorry — UAP show, those same pilots or radar operators saw those craft disappear into the sea.

As it turns out, the Unidentified Submerged Objects phenomenon isn’t as rare as it may seem. Though, it may not be as commonly reported as crafts seen zipping around the skies of America, there are some claims by UFOlogists that the USO phenomenon is reported far more often than UFOs are. The reason for their secrecy, though, has to do with military secrecy and Cold War politics.

As it would happen, folks in the US Navy and throughout the former Soviet Union have been seeing these crafts for as long as there have been people at sea.
