Ever since mankind learned to walk on two legs, we’ve been dreaming of a return to nature, a time when we aren’t restrained by the rules of polite society. We watch the phases of the moon and notice a greater deal of wild, untamed energy by the light of the full moon and for some of our more fractured brothers and sisters, we embrace the wild energy and take to the forests.

Lycanthropy is a real thing. It’s a psychological disorder where you believe that you transform into a wolf. It’s an oddly specific affliciton, if you ask me. The curse of this affliction has caused people throughout history to wild out and kill. Meanwhile, in many folk traditions, there are legends of the people who are either cursed with the ability to shapeshift or take it on like a super power. Like the Skinwalkers from Skinwalker Ranch.
